Wolfblood season one (British TV series)

I've been watching since CBBC first started airing it. I think it is an amazing show to say the least.

It's about a small pack of three tame wolves whos family have been living in Stoneybridge for hundreds of years. It shows us how they live their lives with increasing difficulty when more wolfbloods start arriving. It focuses on teenage wolfbloods, Maddy Smith and Rhydian Morris who live in the village.

It follows as their struggle, living double lives as wolf bloods, concealing themselves from the outside world.

Plot Summury
  • The series starts when a new student, Rhydian arrives at the local school. Rhydian has been raised unhappily in care homes and foster homes and has only recently started to change into a wolf.
  • Maddy reconizes Rhydian as a wolfblood and instantly acts hostile towards her.
  • Rhydian becomes friends with Maddy after some difficulties. As well as becoming friends with Maddys best friends Tom and Shannon, who are unaware of the secret.
  • Also at this time Shannon has become obsessed with the "beast". A creature she saw as a child and has become determined to prove its existence.
  • Trying to balance both lives while trying to keep their secret from becoming exposed becomes increasingly difficult as the series progresses. From Maddy's first transformation to wolfblood overload, blood tests and almost getting caught by a hunter.
  • Rhydian is then visited by his biological mother Ceri and brother Brynn, who are trying take bring him back to the wild pack.
  • In the end Tom and Shannon find out about the existence of the wolfbloods when Catothreatens them and Maddy transforms to save them.
  • Shannon feeling betrayed, threatens to post pictures online as evidence but Rhydian convinces her not to and Shannon gets rid of the evidence.
  • Rhydian agrees to leave Stoneybridge with his family and return to the wild.
